If you define a generation in terms of birth years… you are wrong!
We hate to be so adamant about it but you can’t talk about customer service, selling, or leadership without a good understanding of what makes a generation a generation. We know Millennials inside and out and we won’t lead you to think that generations are somehow related to astrological signs.
